Do your powersun bubs ever look like this? They are said to be brand new unopened but I can't tell.

Did you buy this from a person or a supplier? Either way, you may want to send it back just in case. I definitely would if I were in your position.

I requested a new one and they sent one that was just as bad. It was only 20 bucks so I'm just going to use one on another part of my free range

that should work fine..like some others have stated they get them messed up like that and they work fine..

Just be careful with Powerson 100 watts in particular.

Their initial UV output can vary ALLOT between bulbs.
