It is to hold the light bulb for the plant and your heat bulb that you use for the chameleon. The plant light you can get off of amazon.

Kind of a side note, but I have recently ordered a few plants form HomeDepo. I wanted to see what was sent vs what was in store.
I got a better plant ordered to my door, than what I usually see in store. I think the difference is it comes straight from grower.

I just found one that fit within the wattage allowed for the fixture. I looked up plant lights on amazon. You can get a bulb or a whole fixture. Your clamp should say the max wattage you can use and it should be fine with anything under that.
