How the hell do i post a video on here? Does it have to be linked from youtube or something?

It depends on the type of video you are uploading. Youtube would look something like this:

[ youtube ] video id here [ / youtube ]

Without spaces.

The link is the easiest i would say just go to post and then there is a post link thing and then copy the url. But most websites have a direct video link below it if you just copy that and paste it in we can go see it.
