Can anybody tell what the best multivitamin is on the market to dust with twice a month

i used zoomeds reptivite with D3 twice a month

I use herptivite, it's kind of expensive but one little pot lasts forever, especially if you take a little bit out and put it in a baggy to shake-dust the crickets. one baggy with like a fourth of a teaspoon of dust is good for several months.

I use the reptivite with D3, and when this is gone (eventually ) I will be using the Repashy Calcium Plus.
