Post-apocalypse skills

I offer one of the best contributions of all - my husband. The man can do almost anything. I am not kidding, as a redneck, he have guns, knife. hunting fishing, living off the land all covered. He can also take any items available and make a shelter from them. He climbs like a monkey ( this is a big guy - go figure - in completely leveled headed in a crisis, can spear fish, has all kinds of portable ham radio stuff, if we want to contact the world. Has emergency medical training and last but not at all least, he has his non-redneck wife, who can make anything from fabric, is good wit chams and would bring mine alone. Hubby would find food for them. I can also do just a tiny bit of whining. We only come as a team.:D:D:D:D

If he has a "ham" radio I am going with him!

i am certified in first aid and CPR, my brother and i would have target competitions and i was always the best shot :)... and thats saying something considering my brother is an amazing marksman. i can identify most reptiles and bugs and treat bites from such creatures. i can sew, i can grow and harvest plants extremely well (benefits of living a southern farm life)
my fiance is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and won second place in the worlds championship in weapons. has extensive knowledge of nutrition and food (a nutrition major and culinary graduate).

You haven't seen the film 'Braindead' directed by Peter Jackson. That lawnmower really does some damage to a zombie horde

It's called "dead alive" in the states. Hard movie to find. Another of his early works "meet the feebles" is worth watching as well. Nothing to do with zombies but vintage peter Jackson and really effed up.

I Think the hardest part of this will be to organize people into groups that will benefit them. Like putting a gun nut with a farmer. A strong leader will be needed. I'm out for leader as I don't like people and would probably just think of myself.

School buses without can still be extremely useful. When properly arranged, they could make for a great defensible structure/space, not to mention all the raw materials they could provide if need be (steel, glass, sheet metal....etc. You could even use the alternators from the motors along with a bicycle to manually charge batteries......and get exercise, LOL.)

Oh, and I can make just about anything from just about nothing, and I'm at my best when the shtuff hits the fan.

and one more thing.......Don't be gettin them zombies drunk and givin em firearms....thats just askin fer trouble.

Im a mechanic by trade, i can keep whatever vehicles you guys come up with running. Im also mexican so i can make one hell of a guacamole and pico de gallo!
