Possible respiratory infection?

Hello all,

I just noticed tonight that my chameleon has been taking deep exhales through his nose at night, while sleeping. However, he does not have any bubbling from his nose or mouth or mucous/saliva buildup. He breathes normally throughout the day, no signs of "rattling" or "wheezing" when he is breathing. My chameleon's temperatures are usually between 80-85 degrees Fahrenheit. He just recently shed and has no lethargy or loss of appetite.

I took him to the vet recently for a checkup, he did x-rays and said that everything was beautiful and he didn't notice that anything was wrong. Other than the deep exhales I've heard about every 15-30 minutes, he is normal. I'm just unsure if it could be the start of a respiratory infection possibly?

Thank you!!
