Coco coir isn’t a good substrate for a lay bin and unless you have a bioactive enclosure (and it would be mixed with sand and other soil amendments) you shouldn’t have any substrate on the floor. When they are ready to lay, they dig little tunnels which can actually get deep and go horizontally, depending on her preference. Coco coir isn’t going to allow for making a tunnel without collapsing on her. Washed moist play sand is a very good substrate for a lay bin. You could mix a little organic soil in with it if you wanted and put a plant in there. They often like to lay against root balls or the side of the lay bin. The lay bin should be a permanent part of her enclosure. Speaking of which, that looks a bit small for a cham and is lacking enough branches and real plants. Your uvb is the screw in type which isn’t able to provide adequate levels. You need. T5HO with a 5.0 bulb. I suggest filling out this help form so someone can review all of your husbandry and help you get things right on track.
