Possible Parasites?

Hey everyone how's it goin?

Well for the past month or so I noticed that Leo's poop has been getting extraordinarily smaller. He went from one nice big piece of poop to two pretty small pieces of poop, and now he is only down to one small piece with only the urate attached. I have been feeding him the exact same amount, if not more. But lately I have seen him being almost always hungry and looking for food. I fed him about 13 medium crickets today, and he ate them within 2 minutes. He is going to be 6 months old on the 10th, and Im afraid that the parasite (if there is one) has been taking in most of his food. He has gotten bigger, but the poop has been smaller and smellier?

Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - Male ambi Almost 5 months<br />
How long has it been in your care?About 2 months<br />
Handling - Maybe 3 times a week for like 2 seconds<br />
Feeding - I feed him crickets, supers, and hornworms, About 6 crickets 1 super and 1 or 2 hornworms, I gutload with oranges, carrots, lettuce, apples with dinofuel.<br />
Supplements - I use repashy calcium plus almost every feeding<br />
Watering - I mist him 4-5 times a day for a few minutes, occasional dripper. I see him drink after I mist.<br />
Fecal Description - White urate with very small piece of poo<br />
Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites?No<br />
History - His poop used to be normal, no smell very large. <br />
Cage Info: All screen 2x2x4<br />
Lighting - Reptisun 5.0, 50 watt basking bult <br />
Temperature - Basking is at 85, Middle is around 71-75 depending on when I mist. At night its about 74, digital thermometer<br />
Humidity - Humidity is between 40-70 depending on when I mist. One large umbrella Plant<br />
Placement - In the corner of my room, vent is closed and it is about 7 feet away<br />
Location- Chicago Illinois<br />
Current Problem - His poop has been getting smaller and smaller for the past maybe month, it smells pretty bad, its dark and almost black, I feed him more than I used to, I want to know if its a parasite<br />

Oh and his rear end opening is sorta swollen, ive seen it close fully before, Does anyone know what it should look like normally?

I would up your basking spot to 90-91 degrees. He may sit there all day just to be at a comfortable temp.
As far as his poo decreasing id definatky take a sample to get tested. Any vet can put it under a scope to check for 50 or less.

Thanks Im most definitely going to get a fecal done, but when he sits at his basking spot he gapes a little, should i still raise it?
