possible mbd

Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - jackson chameleon
Handling - once week
Feeding - 8 crickets per day How are you gut-loading your feeders?potatoes,carrotts,apple lettuce
Supplements - vetark cacii dust every 2 days vetark d3 Watering - misting with pressure mister 3 times a day for 5 mins each time and got a dripper never seen him drink he is very shy
Fecal Description - fecal is brown and white Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites?never History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you.

Cage Info:
Cage Type - 18 inches wide and 36 inches high reptibreeze
Lighting - exo terra 5.0 uv strip bulb and 100 watt heat bulb
Temperature - basking spot is 81 at the highest floor of the viv 72.digital thermometer
Humidity - humidity level never goes below 50 percent.got a home made fogger.measure the humidity with a digital hygrometer
Plants - got 3 live plants 2 umbrella plants and 1 ficus Placement - cage is located in my bedroom nice and peacefull sitting on a unit about 3 feet off the ground Location - i live in perth scotland

he has been stressed for about a week ,not eating as much as he used to be hanging upside down a bit but not as much now.closing his eyes during the day and today i noticed when he was hanging upside down his back legs were shaking a little bit but only when he is upside down.iv been told it could be mbd

from his physical body he does not look to have mbd. Closing of the eyes is not related to MBD but more so some other type of illness. he looks pretty good to me actually!!!.
 
I've never seen a Jacksonii with MBD. What is your lighting schedule? Do you have any lights on at night? MyJacksonii is my most hardy chameleon I've kept. He seems to do very well with low night time temps like 50 degrees and a basking temp in the high 70's.

I have a 38 watt incandescent bulb mounted at an angle on the top of his cage and seems to just right for him. His perch is about 6" below the top of the cage. 100 watts seems way to much to me.
