Does this look normal to you guys? I'll try get some better pics.

His mood hasn't changed and everything is normal and I'm unsure if it's a lump of part of his tongue inside his mouth

It hasn't always been then there or I have never taken any notice of it but I notices it a while back. It hasn't gotten any bigger or feels hard

I just checked out some posts on here with pictures and I'm almost certain he has this. So what steps do I take now? does he need to go to the vets?

There is really nothing a vet can do. No one really knows what causes it. They can live with it. My one guy lived to over 6 years and had it for almost 4. It may get worse in severity and it will come and go. It is thought to be caused by over supplementation, but I quit supplementing my chameleon altogether and it still didn't go away so who knows

So is there anything I can change to help? Everything is gutloaded with fresh veg every day or every other depending on how quick it dries out. Supplements are as everyone does. He has never eaten much as I have said before....maybe 3-4 feeders a weeks and they depend on what mood he is in as he goes from one feeder to another over the course of a few weeks. Like before he loves locust and wouldn't touch anything else, then it was roaches and now supers
