Possible Gravid Veiled. Need Some Assistance

I noticed about 3weeks ago my female veiled was looking much "chubbier" than usual and making unusual trips down the trees to the pots they are planted in, and moving the rocks that cover the soil so i assumed she may be gravid. I have read Brad's blog on "Kitty" multiple times and went ahead and got a laying bin set up for her. After the bin being in there or a few days I noticed she still hadn't done anything with it. I have "spied" on her more than once and found her in the bin walking on the sand but never doing anything with it. She seems to use the bin more as a toilet then a place to put her eggs. Now I am not 100% sure on her having eggs as she hasn't been mated, just started showing a larger belly day by day(coupled with the trips down to toss rocks around). I know she will hold them for a period of time before dropping them (how long usually is this period?), but it just seems that this has come and past and she still hasn't layed.

Cage Info:
Cage Type - She is in a Flexarium right now, don't have enact dimensions but to guess i would say its a 18x18x36 (or of close dimensions).
Lighting - I use a 18" ZooMed 5.0 Linear Bulb and a 60watt house hold bulb for basking. She has the basking on for 9-10hours and the UVB for 12.
Temperature - Basking spots hover around 90 and the ambient temps sit in the low 80s n high 70s (when i check its usually 80-82) I use digital termometers to mesure.
Humidity - Never have I looked and saw it under 60%. digital hygrometer shows this.
Plants - Live plants, yes. 2x Sheff. Arboricola, 1x Pothos as well as 2 or 3 plastic vines.
Location - The cage is in my bedroom, which the only traffic through there is me and I dont spend much time in my bedroom unless sleeping. It is on a 2foot stand. The top of the cage is about 5ish feet off the ground

Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - Veiled Female, roughly 7-8months, had her for 5
Handling - I attempt once or twice a week, shes been held once since I got her and that was when she came out of the cup and went into the viv. Shes got an attitude to say the least.
Feeding - She gets around 10 good sized crickets each day, I also go out and buy horn worms and some supers a couple days out of the week. The worms dont get gut loaded as I only buy a few to give with the crickets on those days. Crickets get fresh apples carrots orange slices and a number of other fresh fruits and vege's when avainable.
Supplements - Every other day I dust 6 of the crickets with (cant remember brand of this) Calcium powder Phos. Free No D3, and once or twice a month with Rep-Cal with D3 and Rep-Cal Multi Vit. (the pink n blue tubs ^^).
Watering - I mist 4 or 5 times a day for 3minutes each time. I see her drink every day and at almost every misting. She loves the water.
Fecal Description - All seems normal, round like dark portion, holds firm not real runny or anything, followed by a white portion.
History - She was in a glass enclosure with a compact bulb for maybe 3weeks when I first purchased her, and then I found this site and did the changes.
Current Problem - Possibly gravid, but unsure as she hasn't laid or even began to dig in the laying bin.

No pics for right now (im at work) will post some in the morning when I wake her up.

Your setup and care seems spot on. :) Did she show any kind of dark gravid coloring recently? You did the right thing by getting the laying bucket in the cage. If you see her start to dig test holes-give her complete privacy or she will keep abandoning the digging process-you could cover the sides of the cage with a towel and see if that works. What are the dimensions of your laying bin and what did you fill it with?

The bin has a mixture of about 70% playsand 30% coco fibre and is (rough estimate) 8-10inches deep. Only thing I see different in my bin than others is the shape, but i wouldn't expect shape to have much to do with it. No she hasn't shown any colours what so ever. Shes bright green now and she has always been bright green. She doesn't show colour at anytime though, not even when shes puffed up and mad.

Maybe she is just testing for future use. I leave laying bins in all of my females cages all of the time.

I'm going to keep mine in for now and see what she does in the next week or so. My other thought was she may be having trouble passing food? Any tricks to help if she is? Thanks for the help Julirs.

i read that starting a burrow, or tunnel encourages her to start digger around in it herself as she may become too famished since shes under such a stress load
