possible gout, best cure?

hi there, my wc panther males lip on the right side has developed a slight yellowish crust at the top of his lip and his lip slightly sticks out because of it,sorry no pics as its lights out now but can take some tomorow. the most likly thing it can be is gout from what ive read, i carnt seethere being anything wrong with my husbandry as all my other panthers are fine. do any of you have a better idea of what it is and how to cure the problem, thanks

Possible mouth rot? I'm no expert. I belived gout to be of the feet. Maybe my lack of knowledge. Best of luck in ur search. Keep US posted.

Sounds like mouth rot not gout to me. Can you post a photo please.

Gout is a buildup of uric acid crystals in the joints and does not cause the symptom you're describing. Displacement of the lip and crusting is most likely indicative of stomatitis, or mouth rot. This is an infection of the mouth tissue that can quickly progress to be a serious problem if left untreated. If it spreads to the bone it could be catastrophic so you need to take him to the vet asap.
