Ok, so I have been feeding my 6month old panther chameleon silkworm moths, some of them have mated. He has probably had 10 of them since ive had them, he is very active, doesn't seem to have any problems... I just realized today it looks like he has silkworm eggs in his poop?? Has anybody had this or seen this? Is it ok??? Very concerned See below for picture

Thanks,
Sean

Yes, it could be. That has happened to me.

Although I will take this moment to remind everyone about the importance of regular fecal checks. Parasites can come even with store bought, commercially bred feeders. That's just the nature of bugs.

Somewhat related but definitely weird... About a year ago my jax shed a bunch of eggs in his feces and it looked just like this, but I had not been feeding him silk moths - I kept it moist and they hatched into worms. However, several fecals later, the vet was showing he was clean. It never happened again that I found. Weirdness.

Get that poop checked, folks! :D

My Panther gets those eggs in his poop whenever I feed him female silk moths. I don't think it's a problem. I assume they just don't get digested and pass through. My Panther has tested clean for parasites multiple times. This should subside once you stop feeding the silk moths.

*I'm not saying this can't be parasites, just that if it correlates to being fed silk moths then it is likely just that. Nothing to worry about in my experience.
