Possible ambanja panther?

I got this little guy about 2/3 months ago and he's not showing much signs of the colours of an ambanja just wondering if anyone knows if he is or isnt, would help alot thanks

Still too young to tell if it's a pure ambanja or not. It might still be safe to say ambanja at this point but at a year to 2 years age it should be obvious. Post back then

On a side note. What is up with his tail? It looks like it's pinched. Or my eyes are playing tricks on me.

Oh apparently he had a bad first shed or something and a bit of the skin came off its ill fine still mostly attached just the top layer of skin is lnt there that's all, doesn't cause him any problems

If shedding continues to collect there and constrict the tail that tail will die from that point and eventually fall off. Keep watch of it.

He shed the other day and the tail had no problems will keep an eye on it though
