Poop maybe

Yeah this is my chameleon I have other pets and work at small holistic pet supply store but unfortunately since I have to travel for work I opted of working till everything cools down its too much of a risk I will ask his breeder Thank you for all the info I have ordered a lot of things for his home but everything is delayed and coming in a few weeks so for the time being I might just have to go out and get some more branches for him the local pet supply store near doesn’t have any
Do you have any trees in your yard that are not sap producing?

Here are some resources for you. :)

Why do you need to take him to the vet now?
I was only going to take him to get a general check up I do it with all my pets once I’ve adopted them just to make sure everything is okay and if they have any issues I can work on them I’ve done it with my senior dog I adopted so why wouldn’t I do it with a new chameleon

You said..."why wouldn’t I do it with a new chameleon"....because you're in a hot spot for the virus..so if the chameleon isn't sick why not wait a bit? It's your choice of course.

I also said I’m not doing it right now because I live in a hotspot the vets near me are open because they are essential but none of them are for chameleons if I’m not traveling for work I’m not going to travel to the vet in the city that’s why I opened an account here as new chameleon owner to get help read question and try to make the best of what I have right now

Thank you so much for your help I was going to bike to a local petco near me to see if they have anything was going to borrow a neighbors bike unfortunately I don’t live in a house anymore so I don’t have a yard right now but we plan on moving
You're welcome. Petco is going to have exo terra vines... which are bad if they rub their eyes on them because pieces flake off. If they have the fluckers ones get those. They are not good for long term because they break down but are good in a pinch.
Don't buy the grapevine wood. It molds. Ummmm what are amazon delivery times for you right now? That may be your best bet. Look into these you will love them to attach stuff higher in the cage also have drip pans if you do not have a drainage option right now for the cage. https://dragonstrand.com/alternative-cage-manufaturers/

I ordered some vines a few weeks ago and they haven’t shipped and aren’t meant to come in till April 30th or later so it’s been pretty far out I have a dracena I’m cleaning for his enclosure and a few other plants that are safe and thick enough for him to climb on I have more pothos at home as well so I’m in the process of cleaning them out and seeing if any of them will do for the time

do that for now then. :)

You said..."I’m currently working on getting him an appointment at the exotic vet but because I live in the hotspot of the virus I’m a little worried about heading out with so many people still on public transportation"...that only says you're worried not that you're not getting an appointment...which is why I asked. This is a good place to get help. @Beman is already working on it.

I am keeping an eye out for his poop today I didn’t really want to bother him he was shedding but I am checking it I gave him some silkworms so I didn’t know what to expect

That fecal looks normal so do not stress it. If you are feeding more worms like silks or horns then your going to have a less compact fecal. Once everything calms down with Covid then take in a fecal.
