Polyurethane question

yup thats the one i have 4 cans of thos i doubt it can cure in an hour... although i could spray in the morning and put cham back in in the evening and take him outside all day or put him in an enclosed free range or siomething
True especially if you layer it up a bit at a time, will help it cure faster.

i'm about to foam my cham cages and i'm wondering how long it will take before it settles and i'll be able to put them back in the cages. Isn't the stuff really toxic when its not dry?
Yup. I'd wait until there is no more chemical smell. I haven't worked with UF for years, but curing time (like for other materials) depends on temp, humidity, ventilation (air movement), etc.

wow that was not mentioned to me in the other thread what will i do with the chams?
Put 'em someplace else—far from the fumes.
Seriously, this should be part of project planning like every other step & detail.
