PM-50? Need advise

I am curious about cleaning my PM-50. For those that own one or other misters that require cleaning, how do you go about cleaning it? Do you ever replace the hose (particularly the one in the resevoir)? I guess higher end pro-mists are self-sustaining, for the most part. I searched the forum and did not come up with a satisfactory answer. Thanks in advance!

I thought I did, but I can not find the e-mail correspondence now. I thought I recall Bob telling me it is okay to run a weak bleach solution through and it would not hurt the pump.

I want to make sure there is no algae growth in the tubing and do not know if I should replace the tubing and how ofter to do so or if it is okay to run a weak bleach solution through the pump with no ill effects to my cham. Finally, if I do so, how many times and/or for how long should I run water through to make sure it is clean of bleach?

I know Bob is a pro at his product (no pun intended), but I have no idea if he knows about effects of cleaning it on chams. Any feedback is GREATLY appreciated! Thanks again!
