please!!! we need help

I understand ;) but I am so curious that waiting in silence for replay sometimes is hard for me:D I have hope that I didn't offend no one with my last post;) it was just my impatience that I shouldn't show;) now when I know exactly which place should be shown on pic I will try to take it and as soon as I get right photo i will putt it here:)

You didn't offend me.

I need to see the first three inches or so of the tail and the very last part of the chameleon's body just above the tail in a pose like the very first picture you posted (with the tail straight out behind the chameleon).

I'm looking for some information to post to show you the difference but all I can find it the hemipene illustration/female tail base on the ADCHAM site and its not really clear enough....and this...

first of all merry christmas:D
but not for me:( i have trouble with one that seemed to be female she still don't want to eat:( and she is still diging... she often sits still with closed eyes... both of them have the same conditions and male eats like crazy and feels grate... i don't have none to ask for help... i phoned to vets and they cant advise me anything:( why she is still acting in this strange way...???? i tried to take photo like you said but it is nearly impossible but now its sex dosent matter because I am afraid that she is going to die:( it started something about two weeks ago...

Well, does she have complete privacy while digging? She may be egg bound or become egg bound soon if she is carrying eggs and can't lay them in privacy.

yes she is perfectly alone and she has got privacy while digging even when I spying her to get know how is she feeling and what is she doing or even when i am trying to feed her i doing it whit care to be unseen by her... i would like to show you her recent photo is that a look of pregnant female? shouldnt she be thicker?

A chameleon shouldn't be closing its eyes during the day. IMHO you need to take it to a vet ( I know you said you can't..but it I think it needs a vet).

What temperature are you keeping the cage at?
Did you provide it with the egglaying site as described to you?
Is it digging a hole or just digging on the surface? Is the egg laying substrate moist enough to hold a tunnel?
Is the chameleon drinking?
Does it ever show bright dots with a dark background color?

their both are kept in temperature not exceeding 82 F at day and little bit chiller at night... i provided the bin like you said with soil moist enough to hold on tunel.. i know that because i have experience in this matter after pregnancy of my ch.calyptratus which ended with 30 little healthy neonates...
she try to dig every where but not in the laying bin, she is diging in the soil on the bottom of the cage... i have never seen dots like you describe it but offten gets dark and when she turns green she has got yellow ones or whole dark dots... and last question... no she dont want to drink:( i am wondering if the digging is one and only thing that tell us that she could be pregnant?

I would have to say those 2 are both females, males have a very noticeable bulge.
IMO she seems quite skinny for a gravid female.
Here is a gravid female :

thank for your replay, i also thought that she should be more like this shown on your picture... so if this one on the picture would be a male the bulge should be seen even on the picture below?

I am still trying to take pic to show here to fully confirm recognition in both cases but it is extremely hard... is it possible that in younger ones bulge is smaller and not so noticeable than in older ones?

above i putted pic that i managed to take... little bit blur and dont show fully trouble spot... but maybe someone will notice something that i cant see... first two pic are taken of the one and the same ch. the one below is the another one

Yes in younger chameleons the bulge wont be very noticeable.
But the one you have looks pretty much fully grown so theres no way it would be male and not have a bulge at that size.
