Hello everyone. I just got a female veiled about 2 weeks ago. I am unsure of the age of her. I was wondering if anyone can tell the age by looks? Also when should I be worried about her laying eggs? Thanks.

How big is she snout to vent? Does she have any blue and orange patterns? I can't see the photos properly on my phone.

She's def not a juvinile so I would be planning for the egg laying now.

She does look tubby too so she could be gravid but the females can be a bit tubby

Thank you for all the replies. She is 5 1/2 inches from tip of snout to vent. Shall I just put moist play sand in a shallow tote in the bottom of her enclosure? Here is a picture from the side when she is kind of flared up.
