Please someone rescue this chameleon for Christmas!!!

I just found this ad on Craigslist for the Dayton, Ohio board.
They use a waterfall, never mist, never use a dripper and I would be surprised if it is fed properly. This is so dissapointing to see.

I agree, he really doesn't seem sick or anything. Overall, he seems healthy and I'd take the bio vines. Therefore, he would thrive in the right conditions. I was trying to get the owner to drop the price on him, so we'll see. I'd love to see him in a nice enclosure, eating quality food, regular misting and dripping. The owner told me that the pet store said all it needs for water is a waterfall. I told him I would consider taking the cham off his hands, but for now to do lots of research on this forum and tweak his husbandry issues. I hope he at least starts misting and dripping.
