Please help

My cham is about 6.5 months I have a female panther and she's climbing all throughout the cage upside down and everything. Buy I she seems to lose her grip and almost falls down. Is it because her nails are to long? Or could it possiblybe something more serious. And she's just climbed out her cage for the 1st time too.

My females that I have which are also Panthers I find when they get Restless and roam around maybe possibly gravid. If she runs around the bottom she definitely is. Mine like hanging on top of the tank all the time here's a pic

I have also heard when your nails get really long. Means getting ready to lay eggs. But that could be a myth sure somebody else will give you more advice
