I have a male valid chameleon for about a year and half. I feed him mealworms. After a year, one of his eyes closed and then his second eye closed 2 months from now. Since then I feed him manually and i give him vitamins ones each other day. So, could you advice me how to treat him?

You should see a vet immediately. Your chameleon should not just be fed mealworms and needs to be supplemented calcium. Also does anyone know what that weird bump is on his head? Closing eyes is not good and you said it has been going on for a year?!?! Some else needs to chime in but that lump is just weird and most likely bad.
