please help. Sleepy chameleon

I need your advice.
Piko, my 1 year old Jackson's, has not been eating or pooping for weeks. I took her to the reptile vet last Friday, the 28th, where they found an injured eye, and a tummy full of poop and gas! Ointment was prescribed for the eye, plus warm baths and tummy massage.
She did have a good urates the following Monday, but still not eating. So, I bought some ReptiBoost and tried to give her some, but I have to say I don't think I got much down her, maybe 0.5cc. Then I gave her a warm bath as the long shower hadn't worked the day before.
Move forward to yesterday. I gave her a good warm misting in the morning and she had a good drink. I offered some baby mantis's that had hatched a few days before but they just got the 'stink eye'.
Then I visited friends until around 7 p.m. She was asleep, but there was a good urates and a small poop in the flower pot. Yay! I thought we were over the worst, but I came home today around 1 p.m. to find her asleep outside. I gave her another warm bath and tried some more ReptiBoost, but again, I got very little into her.
She doesn't look that bad honestly. Her colour is good, and her eye seems OK as she is using it.
My personal theory (I know so much after 7 months right LOL!) is that she is out of energy. I plan to take her back to the vet tomorrow or Tuesday if I can get an appointment. I hate to keep stressing her with the food, but I know she needs the calories.
Appreciate any advice you have. Here is the amazing poop with a bit of soil stuck on it!

How did they go about diagnosing her with a tummy full of poop and gas?? I would not keep soaking her in warm water. That is probably stressing her out more than anything. Can you post some pictures of her please along with your set up and also fill out the "ask for help form" in the health clinic.

They took an Xray (for free) at the vets because there were some student vets there I believe, and I didn't mind.
I did post a health form on the 31st, and you were kind enough to respond Carol. Do I need to fill out another?
I'll try and attach some photos too, but it always seems to be a complete pain to do so.
Isn't the poo photo a great one though? I was so pleased to see it. Who would have thought seeing a poop would make one feel so happy!

I would watch her carefully. Did they see babies when they xrayed? Do you know her age or if she was ever housed with a male? I always look at the most common problem.

No, she's never been with a male as far as I know! I bought her from FL chams last summer at a reptile show. Somebody has offered to mate her with one of his male jackson's, because she's nice and big ( his words! ) but I don't want the worry!
What would I do with a bunch of little jackson's running around!

Don't know what it is about the 1 year mark, but every time i get a Jackson's that starts off at around 5 months, it seems that one year later (almost exactly to the month) i start noticing issues/behavioral changes, etc.

I follow the husbandry to the 'T' and for what ever reason, they seem to become increasingly difficult after one year in my care…this is the 3rd time this has happened to me.

That being said, i say you're doing the right thing with the vet visit. Maybe get her out into some natural sunlight…..
