Please help me sex Panther, want to be sure?

This is a 3 month old Ambilobe and what do you guys say is the sex?

100% male no doubt. Thicker tail base and typical coloration for a male of that size. He should start throwing out some color VERY soon.

Really! I was told female! I thought it may be a male, although some times it seems the tail base is smaller and there is an indention that females have. But today I noticed tiny blue dots towards the head and some red is coming in but I thought nothing of it since females can show red too.

Its a male no doubt. Yes, they can. Both can at that size. Females tend to keep the dots on the cheeks while males end up going away or turning into their adult colors.
