Please help me add some variety to diet

I started off using mainly crickets, then occasionally giving him a superworm. Now I have some hornworms that I have thrown into the mix...

How often should I be feeding him which insect? He is a Jacksons, about 4/5 inches long. He ate 3 hornworms yesterday (first time he saw one).

Also, if I was to order another feeder off the internet, which one would compliment his current diet? I may be able to trade for dubias so anything other than that would be helpful. Thanks!

Silkworms are a really good feeder and yea I'd go for roaches aswell, also calci worms

Butterworms are a fav of my chams as well. High in calcium!

My veiled loves blue bottle flies. Pop them in the fridge for an hour before you open their cage and they're rendered flightless. Once they warm up in the cage, they take off and the cham hunts them down

Are you talking about size from nose to vent, or nose to tail tip? My guess is nose to vent, so go with about 10-15 appropriate sized feeders every other day. One adult male dubia = about 7 large crickets. I raise dubias, they are a fantastic choice of a feeder. But for your guy, I would use a medium-sized nymph (about 4-5 large crickets). As others suggested, silkworms, butterworms, etc. are all a great choice too. Since you have a montane, I also recommend asking some local gardening stores, etc. for some common brown snails. But you should probably breed about 4 generations to ensure the parasites are gone.
