Please help - male or female?

I bought this sweet friendly one as a 3 months old Ambanja boy some 3 weeks ago, he seemed to me really too small for his age when he came to me by mail.. Now he's bigger, but I'm pretty sure it's a girl If it's really a girl, it is just bad luck, because at the beginning of April of this year I bought also a boy Ambanja, which is now my female Ambanja, and since I realized this fact, so for some 6 months, I was looking for a male for her, and this is the result
Anyway, really thank you for your opinions!

I have no doubt that is a female. Tail base is too thin for a male and the coloration and lateral line all point to female. She is very pretty
