please help major eye deformaties

my 7mo male veiled cham has been having problems with both his eyes. at night he ussually shuts his eyes and sleeps. recently ive noticed eye deformities and he cannot shut either of his eyes.now at night instead of closing his eyes he stares straight and is unresponsive to motion. when he wakes up inj the morning he can see as he follows me with his eyes, but whenn i woke him up i noticed his eyes were still "starring into space" and he had slept with his eyes open. i have flushed his eyes with saline but that has not helped. i am raising the humidity so his eyes dont dry out. is there anything else i can do? he is scheduled for a reptile vet appt on thurs. of this week thank you
