please help feeding probs

Yes, when they sleep, they get very relaxed and will display some of their best colors ever! Try not to disturb her tonight and don't be alarmed if she turns brown again tomorrow on you when she is awake!!!! It doesn't mean anything is wrong!!!

yea feeding my crickets wiht cornflakes, carrots but cutted really small and green roman lettuce small

Not sure on the cornflakes, as they contain processed sugar! I would stick with fresh fruits and veggies, such as Kale, Collard Greens, Mustard Greens, carrots, apples, oranges, melons, squash, sweet peppers etc.

cornflakes but plain for the diet and lettuce and carrots but if cornflakes are bad then i wont put them again =) ill put fruits then and one of the crickets shed its skin =) thnks for the help guys i will post on this topic every now and then add me btw

OK guys this is a image if my cham cage i no its a reptarium.. but i couldnt find a repti breeze but i did the best i could to make my cham happy =) so here it is.. file:///C:/Users/wilfredo/Desktop/Vield%20chameleon/IMG00096-20101112-1458.jpg

we cannot see the pic! If you want to get another cage down the line you can order from LLLReptile. Go on their website. They have plenty of cages to choose from!

did you try attaching from the little paper clip? I am not sure what you did. If that will not work you can go to Photobucket.com(that is what I use) and download your pic and then copy and paste it to your post. It works and it is free!!!

here is the image now i think IMG00096-20101112-1458.jpg

for the heat bulb its 60 watts sun glo bulb and for the uvb its 5.0 and the type of dome is the controlable light one were you can swicth it to more light or less i bought becouse i was scared in not to control the temp and i have to use a night bulb becouse in kendall were iam its darn cold so it gets 60 less degrres in the area somtimes but i have a night glo 50 watt bulb and i put the light low so it doesnt be so much heat so the temp i right now i checked is 68 degrees its ok =)

btw can you add me as a friend i dont no how to add and youve been a big help iam more confident and calm now in taking care of my female cham wich her name is Victoria =)

If you want to add someone as a friend, just click on their name. A box will show up with some options. It will ask you if you want to add that person as a contact. click on that, and then it will ask you if you want to add that person as a friend.

Check your basking temp. It should be around 75 degrees for a Jackson. They like it cooler than other chams. The 60 watt bulb may be too hot! Try a 40 watt to adjust the temp or you could try raising the light higher above the cage to achieve the desired temperature of 75. Oops! Edit, I forgot you have a veiled! Basking should be around 80-82. A 60 watt probably is gonna be too much still.

ive read it should be 85-95 for bask and 75-80 for habitat temp and on the day the basking spot i have is 85-84 never gets higher then that and the temp is 78 to 79 somtimes 80 but gets down to 79 and for night i have it 68 right now but it gets lower till 66

The basking spot of adults yes, not babies. Your is only 4 months old so you want to keep it around 80 or so. I do not own a Veild but I want you to read this link from one of our members who really knows her stuff.
https://www.chameleonforums.com/blo...-keepers-young-veiled-panther-chameleons.html I mean no one can tell you what to do with your chameleon, but is sometimes wise to follow people who have the experience. Just trying to get you off on the right foot here.

hello ive read the link you told me i see now and ive tried to maintain the temp for the bask spot but its 76 to 77 then back to 76 and it doesnt go up IMG00098-20101113-0731.jpg , and i have the little thing for digital thermomerter right over here IMG00099-20101113-1035.jpg and for the cup feeding i dont no if i have it in the right spot or should i put it in the middle for now i have it here, ps the cup is from were they brought me the cham.. such a small space =( in petsmart....
