Please help, brown spot between toe

My panther chameleon has a brown spot in between his toes on his back right foot any idea what it could be from? any help would be greatly appriciated thank you.

Looks like he may have injured his nail. Does he climb the screen of his cage? Could it have been cut on something sharp? Is it truly between the toes or on one toe particularly?

I would keep an eye on it for any swelling or oozing. If it gets worse it could be infected and a vet visit will be needed.

In the meantime, you can apply some painkiller free neosporin, just a little bit, to the area. Like I said, keep an eye on it for any changes. Most of the time, these will heal.

Yes he climbs the side of his cage a ton! it is a wire cage he is a little older than 1 year. There is some minor oozing/seeping from what I had seen. i will be sure to take him to the vet asap. thank you, ps how do i add tags to a post?
