It means 1 male and 2 females

The first number means "male" the second number means "female" and the third # is IDK.

although a quick search would answer your question being that this is asked all the time.....

1.0 1 male

0.1 1 female

0.0.1 1 unsexed or juvenile specimen.

So 1.2.7

would be one male, two females, and seven juveniles.

There is also a fifth number. It's a scale on 1-9 on how obsessed with chameleons you are . Mine would be a 9
