I was wondering what will be the best live plant to put in with my 3 month old panther chameleon?

that would be a ficus tree(any type of ficus) umbrella plants are pretty cool and safe also,
make sure you cover the soil up with some large smooth flat rocks,as chameleons foul on the soil and it can give you problems with your animals the rocks stop the plants drying out and keep things clean and easy to clean

Dont over water the ficus or it with drop its leaves they like to dry out a bit before rewatering

i like hibiscus in all my chameleon cages.

I have changed all my plants from ficus to Hibiscus. I like them alot better due to the bigger leaves to hold more water when they are drinking.

remember though if you get a hibiscus, they are one of the harder plants to care for and if your plant actually blooms your cham will probably eat the flowers.

I agree, Great plants but harder to keep alive.

A good trick is to have two . keep one outside and swap them out every once in awhile.

And Joe's idea of buying where they have a return a dead plant policy.
