I know what plants are safe and i live in maryland, so all the plants that come from florida and other places are sprayed with neonicotinoids is it safe to get a plant from home depot then or should i just get a seed and start growing my own, and how to not get parasites

I also live in Maryland and I got my yucca tree from Home Depot and it was fine. I would hose it down if you are worried about it. I didn't rinse it or anything and my veiled was fine. Right now I have a money tree that I got at ikea ( again I didn't rinse it) and that is doing fine too. I think that a plant from Home Depot will be fine.

What kind of enclosure do you have bc i feel like my repti breez screen cage is wrong even tho all temps in house is fine. i feel like i should have gotten a enclosed cage to hold more moisture in

You can wrap 2-3 sides of your cage with something like shower curtain to hold in humidity during the cold dry months.

Mine has 2 sides of wood and 2 sides screen. I put plastic around some of the screen if it isn't humid enough.
