I would not get a carnivorous plant AT ALL in a cham enclosure. There is the slight chance a baby or even adult could fall in and die.
I know they look cool, but please do not do it. Get a pothos, ficus, or umbrella plant.
Aluminum can be hard on the curious chams yes... Buy something like green coated gardening screen. http://www.directmetals.com/dm/wire_pvccoated.asp
Oh I'm not talking pitcher plants!! Venus flytraps are my favorites, and they'd love the same temp/humidity. Goodness would I cry if my cham fell in!! I have a pothos right now, and eventually will do Orchids around the base of a ficus =3
