i was wondering if bright flowers are gunna stress out the chameleon i mean they do live in the rainforest where there are a bunch of bright plants????

I have a beautiful peach hibiscus to be transferred into my chams adult cage when he is older. It's next to my pygmys cage now and will be next to his when he gets here. no problems.

thanks. i have a hibisucus but its for when we go outside with our chams and they lovvvve it to death my jacksons cham turns neon green

Not sure if they are toxic or not but I wouldn't use a Christmas tree because of all the sap.

i'm kidding, my whole point of the question was for the poster of that reply to realize that even some non toxic plants arent suitable for other reasons. you cannot just put anything in there. non toxic tropical plants are what you're aiming for, and even with some non toxic tropical plants you have to be careful. all in all, every plant is toxic to some degree, but you still cant throw just anything in with your reptiles.

palms are usually safe. I have one in my free range. But they are ery flimsy and usually aren't suitable. Some have nice thick leaves though and they catch water great. I have umbrella trees, hanging pothos, a palm, and some fake vines and a fake 7 ft ficus tree. live ficus also work great, as well as yes hibiscus.

I have been wondering...

For example pothos and rubber plants are non toxic...

they also have the variegated version of those plants. Are those non toxic too?

I assume they are

Anyone know?

It would make a good pic to put all ur chameleons on a xmas tree fake with soft pines and put a yellow carpet at the top for a star
