Can the uvb light burn the plants that i have inside the cage?

Not to my knowledge. I have not seen any live plants get "burned" from UVB. They might get burned literally if they grow too high and they touch the hot screen above from your basking light. If you notice your UVB(well atleast the tubes anyways) barely give off any heat..
