i recently bought a schefferla plant it is very young only about 10 inches tall but i bought it to be aboricola and i noticed most peoples schefferla aboricola had yellow on it:confused: is it just because my plant is young please help!

some of the sheffelera arboricolas are plain green. If you wanted the yellow and green you need to buy one that is varigated, meaning the multi colored one.

I bought one that was called a golden schefferla and it had yellow on it, you just have a regular schefferla then.

Yes, you have the safest one, does your chameleon eat plants?
If your chameleon is like mine and eats alot of plant matter than you might want to get a plant thats easier on your chameleon, because in large quantities it can make them sick, but if he doesn't it's fine.

i actually havent purchased him yet, getting a baby veiled soon. gonna try and find some that arent much of plant eaters.:)

If you do end up with a plant eating chameleon... you can put collard greens and other things that are chameleon safe into a feeding bowl for it... it can help with reducing the damage to your plants.
