Andee Chameleon Enthusiast Oct 6, 2017 #3 No I don't know of any chameleons that directly carry it. The only species I know who carry it are parasitic blood eaters? So maybe if they had ticks or mites on them that had been exposed the ticks and mites would transfer it to people.
