Yes, he is on a bamboo plant since my other plant died a few days ago - it's temporary.

I like to call these his caught-in-the-shower colors, because he usually only shows his oranges when he's in the shower.

(and he has the odd purple on his casque-area. )

Well, the person I bought him from said something odd like 9 months old (this was about 2-3 months ago!) but people on here are telling me 4-6 months old, and nope! Still haven't thought of a name.

You could call him Gene as in Gene Kelly from "Singing in the Rain". I go with #3. And he is a handsome young man!

If you can rotate your flash... Point it at the ceiling or off one of the other walls..

That will get rid of the shadow and make the your cham look even better

Thank you! I wish he showed these colors more often, haha. You should see him when he's on the couch, he doesn't know which color to turn so he goes dark, spotted, yellow bars, I think it confuses him.

I have only ever seen my 6 month old green or brown or spotty! I heard they start showing colours around this age so i showed him himself in the mirror, he looked at himself, looked at me, looked at himself again..........nothing!! Will have to try the shower thing.....
