Picture uploading

hey guys! i was just wondering if there was a better way of uploading pictures rather than attach image cuz those come out super small?

what are you using to upload them right now? are they for your gallery/albums or whatever its called or are you trying to post them in a thread?

oh yeah xD specifics probably would have helped a bit more, i am trying to upload them into a thread, and i see some people with real big pictures, what would be the best way?

Get a photobucket account...then you can upload the image link directly into your thread instead of attaching. And then big pics!!

Go ahead and attach the big files. What we see is a "thumbnail". When we click on it, it goes full size.

Do you simply copy and paste the link then from the photo bucket onto the body of the post?

It's really that easy! lol Just make sure it's the image link.

The really small images are just thumbnails - they open large.
If you add the photos to your photo album on this forum, you can insert using the image link (similar to photobuckt etc)

If you use PhotoBucket (or another off site hosting) then you need to copy the image URL (Photobucket makes that easy) and paste it here. I always just copy the "direct link". If you do that, you need to hit the "insert image" icon in the toolbar above the reply box (it looks like a picture of the moon over a mountain). Photobucket does offer a "BB CODE" option...if you select that, you should just have to paste the info into your reply.
