I generally do NOT mess with or handle my chameleons. That is what my dog and kid are for. Most of all my sales have been local, so i have been extremely lucky. I really haven't had to take pictures. All the owners, wholesalers, and vendors live near me. They just come by and pick up what they want. That being said, i don't know if it is me or my camera (canon elph powershot). As soon as they see it, they flatten up and rotate under the branch. I know it is normal, but they will do this even while still in the cage. This is even without using a flash. Any tips would be great, you know i am talking to you jannb, RIGHT? (drcrossfire took some great pics also, if i remember right) Do i just get a free range plant, put them on it, and wait a little while before trying? They also always turn dark when i try to photograph them. Never their spectacular colors they are. I would appreciate any experiences or mishaps, or just i got lucky this pic stories. Getting desperate here. My adults are somewhat easier to photograph, but the kids are making it awfully difficult. Kinda like with real kids. THANX!
