Like what was said, hand feeding and time. The moment he pulls back, or tries to get away, then leave him alone and close the cage. Anymore interaction, and you'll just stress him out, which he will associate with you and your hand. You want him to only have good memories of your hand.
My guy is about 5 months old now, and gradual hand feeding has gotten him to the point of my hand's presence not bothering him. Its even to the point I can touch him and he's completely unfazed, but the moment he realizes I'm about to pick him up, he starts scrambling.
So again, patience, persistence, and patience is what will win him over.
