Newbie here, looking for some feed back on Phoenix worms.... I know they are high in calcium and low fat but can they be a staple or treat? Oh these are for my new 3 month old Veiled!

I would add as part of your diet for your cham. Being of small size I wouldn't use as a staple as you'll go through many.

Yes, they are high in calcium and fat. They make a good addition to a varied diet for a young chameleon. They do not make a good staple (although in my opinion, you shouldnt have a staple at all, but rather shoot for a wide variety always)
