i have heard alot of negative feedback about these worms and want to put this out there
phoenix worm a.k.a. black soldier fly grub is a composter like a real worm. they eat anything composting so they can be gutloaded. the phoenix worms u get by mail are starving themselves of their nutrients (unless large because they are getting ready to go through metamorphisis) if u want good quality phoenix worms u should grow them yourselves. they are naturally accuring everywhere in the U.S. and might be in your compost bin right now.
