Don't. Pedialyte will coat your plants with residues, clog your misters, and the sugars and electrolytes it contains are not needed by a healthy cham that is eating and drinking. It is not formulated for chams in the first place (non-emergency use anyway), can upset the electrolyte balance in a healthy animal. A cham doesn't need liquids like sports drinks to replace sweat.
I would only use if it is a severe case of dehydration. If you are to use it in an emergency I would use a syringe or eye dropper, but as Carlton said, it will coat everything with sugars and can cause eye issues.
