The trees around our house and full of guava fruit. We love them, but I was wondering if anyone had any nutritional info on them? I fed a little piece to my chams and they loved it, Id imagine its just like other fruit and is a rare treat being its high in sugar.

Be aware that though they contain calcium, it has twice as much phosphorous as calcium. So you may want to dust it if you use it a lot. Its a very good source of Potassium and vitamin c.

I can provide a complete nutritional breakdown if you so desire.
