Pascal has 6 bumps along his right side

Noticed a line of bumps along his side. My mother, a vet tech, is concerned they might be abcesses or parasites, but she doesn't know. I'm concerned the same, because I need to clean his tank out thoroughly as it is (getting stupid tiny flies in his tank)
Was curious what you all thought of the bumps. He's also moving fine, eating fine, drinking fine, defecating fine, and is as active as ever

Take him in to a good vet as soon as possible.

We didn't no. I got him from PetSmart. I've had him for a few months, and he's gotten bigger, richer in color, and more active, and then this happened.

Hi. I am not a vet but have seen something similar to those before and believe they are calcium deposits which are usually from improper husbandry. There’s so very much outdated or just bad info out there on chameleon care that it’s often hard to know what is right. I would suggest doing a full husbandry review so if there is anything off, we can help you identify and correct it. If this is something you’d like to do, below are the questions. Be sure to include pics of not just your chameleon, but entire enclosure.
Chameleon Info:

• Your Chameleon - The species, sex, and age of your chameleon. How long has it been in your care?
• Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon?
• Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders?
• Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule?
• Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking?
• Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites?
• History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you.

Cage Info:

• Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions?
• Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule?
• Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?
• Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?
• Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?
• Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?
• Location - Where are you geographically located?

Current Problem - The current problem you are concerned about.

What are you giving your chameleon in the way of calcium, D3, prEformed vitamin A? What supplements, how often and how heavily dusted for each?

What insects are you using and what do you feed/gut load them with?

Are you sure it’s a male? Please post some more photos…including one of the heels so we can see.

I just wanted to chime in with my experience with something similar to this.
When I first got my girl she also had little bumps on her side like this due to improper husbandry before I owned her
Here she had those bumps

But with the help of many people here we were able to get her husbandry correct and over time because of the proper husbandry the bumps went away.
Hopefully we can help you do the same for your chameleon

Here she is now with no more bumps and lots of attitude!
