Pascal and her gravid colors!

Pascal has gotten quite colorful in a few days since I posted last. I love the way she looks! However, she has been quite restless and hasn't shown any interest in the soil bin I have in her cage. I put some cardboard on the walls of her cage to try and make it a bit more private for her.

She is beautiful! I just love the girls! Have you read all the blogs here about females, egg laying and the laying bin? She might be just starting to form eggs if she just got these colors.

Yea I have a 50/50 mix of play sand and organic soil in a 12x12x8 inch bin at the bottom of her cage. she hasn't given it any attention for digging yet unfortunately, and she has been very restless! always circling her cage looking for a way out it seems. she roams the bottom a lot too but doesn't stay long before climbing back up to the top. any suggestions on how to deal with this behavior any better? I try to keep her as satisfied as possible but I can't let her roam the room she's in free range, she could get lost or hurt.

She could be receptive looking for a male. They also act this way when receptive.
