I made it to the show. I enjoyed the meeting of some of the soca people. I was able to meet Elisa, Dave Weldon, Chad, Darci, Kevin, Ryan, Tyler, and finally Brye arrived. Had a great time until my wallet was stolen. I had already been to Oceanside to meet Josh & Michelle Hendsley. I had dinner and spent time at their home seeing all the animals. Those are some really nice people!!.

I'm sure you all ate enough for me, too. ha ha ha And my show was pretty slow here, so I'm extra wishing I could have made it. Kevin, you'll have to let me know if you're going to Pomona, because that's the next time I will be out that way (with new designs, too!!).

lol we already kinda heard about that... I mean the guy who got some royal karma.
A guy came by my booth looking at a pair of Greek tortoises.... They were $100 each ($125 on my site), and he kept offering me $150/pair, so I kept turning him down. He eventually left and bought 3 baby sulcatas from someone else. Going back to his car, he realized he had locked his keys in the car. He set down everything and called AAA to come pop his lock. He got in his car, and drove away. Halfway home, he realized he had left the baby sulcatas sitting in the parking lot in a bag, next to where his car was. He sped back, to find them gone. A few hours after he left my booth the first time, he came back to tell me this story, and proceeded to buy a single Greek tortoise. I gave it to him for $92, and he came back an hour later and gave us a few dollars tip (for being nice to him).
