These are two questions I decided to thread together.
1. Do vields always shed 100%? I have an adult male who sheds arms, legs, tail and head, but his body doesn't seem to want to shed much. He has end of shed marks from several other sheds, but since he has reached adult size doesn't seem to want to pop off his skin like he used to. I mist him 3 - 4 times a day and see him drinking. His urate is white and about 1/2 the length of his poop. Is this normal.
2. My 3 month old baby seems to hit and miss crickets about every 5th time. Is this normal? Always cleans all the crickets out of her cage within about 15 minutes, but I thought I'd ask about this. The 2 months olds always hit and catch their crickets.
Maybe these are dumb questions, but I want to learn all I can. Thanks!
