My Veiled Chamelon Sassy passed away yesterday. At her vet visit, I found out that she had pinworm. How do I sanatize her enclosure properly? It consists of wood supports and floor, screen, 3 real plants, couple of fake, metal catch with drainage system to catch water drips, vines, and a mossy ( moss covered) vine.

I would scrub everything with a hot water bleach solution (1 part bleach to 10 parts water) and let everything dry thoroughly. I don't know if you can scrub the moss-covered vine without damaging it....might not be worth that. I would take the plants out of their soil and rinse them well, repot them in new potting soil and use them as houseplants for a while.

Thanks. I am having a hard time finding plain potting soil. Everything ive found has perlite, vemeculite or fertilizers in it.
